Register your team for the 2025 AIChE Southern Regional Conference this March 28-29th, 2025. This $225 team registration allows your car to compete on Saturday, and aids in covering the costs of the competition. This team fee is in addition to the individual registration fees for your team’s participants.
This fee, and subsequent team registration form are due by February 21st.
Cancellations of individual registrations should be emailed to southernsrc2025@gmail.com no later than March 9th 11:59 pm will receive the opportunity for a full refund of ticket price, minus transaction fees.
In addition, tour and workshop refunds of 10 dollars will be refunded in the form of cash when picking up registration materials at the University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference.
For the chance at a refund, please list the reason for why a cancellation is requested. After March 9th, no full registration refunds will be given.
