Are you a faculty advisor looking to judge a competition?

  • Waived Registration Fee: Offered for faculty who help judging a competition -- ChemE Car Safety Inspection, ChemE Car Poster, ChemE Jeopardy, Research Poster, or Student Technical Presentations.
  • Eligibility: Faculty members who fill out the volunteer form below will be provided a coupon code for complimentary registration for their volunteering.

- University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference Refund Policy -

Cancellations of individual registrations should be emailed to southernsrc2025@gmail.com no later than March 9th 11:59 pm will receive the opportunity for a full refund of ticket price, minus transaction fees. 

In addition, tour and workshop refunds of 10 dollars will be refunded in the form of cash when picking up registration materials at the University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference. 

For the chance at a refund, please list the reason for why a cancellation is requested. After March 9th, no full registration refunds will be given.
