Please note that registration from March 10th on can occur online (card only) up to March 28th or 29th for $125 without guaranteed meals and swag bags, as supplies permit.

Cancellations of individual registrations should be emailed to southernsrc2025@gmail.com no later than March 9th 11:59 pm ET will receive the opportunity for a full refund of ticket price, minus transaction fees.
In addition, workshop refunds of 5 dollars will be refunded in the form of cash when picking up registration materials at the University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference.
For the chance at a refund, please list the reason for why a cancellation is requested. After March 9th, no full registration refunds will be given.
